Refunds and Returns

By placing an order on my webshop I take it as you agreed to these terms.
Return, Refund and Cancellation
If you are unhappy with your item or items you purchased you are welcome to get a refund as long as the product is returned in its original condition with its included accessories and packaging within 14 days of the date you received it.
Refund is based upon the original payment method.
Simply e-mail me at email@example.com with details about your item and I'll get back to you.
I will inform you about the return address you need to return the item back to me and once I received your return your refund will be processed.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
I accept no liability for any loss or damage caused during the process of returning your item to us.
In addition, please note the following:
Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and the following products are not eligible for return: personalised items.
Do you need to cancel your order?
You can cancel your order any time before you recieve the dispatch notification. Please get in touch via email to cancel your order: firstname.lastname@example.org
Your order is missing?
If you placed your order in the UK please give it 7 working days before giving up. After that time please get in touch and I can arrange a replacement for you.
If you ordered from outside of the UK - Unfortunately some international deliveries can take up to 3 weeks to arrive due to Brexit, Covid, and customs. Please keep checking the status of your delivery by using the tracking number. If your package hasnt arrived 3 weeks after your order please get in touch email@example.com. Thank you!
